I would first like to thank Ashley for the professional manner and great attitude she expressed to us for our short time that we had purchasing/building a home in SC. Since we were from Michigan and need some one to help us out, she showed us her southern charm and was able to help us out on our new home. Her negotiating and wisdom got us what we wanted. Ashley is truly amazing. She always put our needs above anything else. She has the perfect house hunting combination of years of knowledge of the area, a tireless work ethic, and an unmatched commitment to client satisfaction. She completely surpassed my lofty expectations. Countless times I called her on weekends, and significantly before and after business hours expecting to leave a voicemail and to discuss my issue the next business day. We were lucky enough to meet Ashely while looking at a house in west Greenville.
On the surface the house looked great, but as we went on the tour, Ashely talked through some of the details with us, was very transparent with all the details.
She asked us the main features we were looking for in a home.
We were all over the place but she was very patient, and thorough with helping us do our homework on the properties.
She was also very patient, not pushy with us, which helped us feel more comfortable as we narrowed our search.
She met with us multiple times touring property after property, also very informative on each tour.
Eventually we found one that checked all of our boxes and more.
The property had just hit the market, and she moved very quickly with meeting us at the location. She also did background checks on the house and area.
She helped us moved quickly and confidently with making an offer on the house. With her expertise, we were able to place a winning offer.
We can’t thank her enough for helping us score our dream home. I would recommend her to all my friends and family for anyone coming to the Greenville/upstate area.
